We have been advised by all our lenders that if you have lost income and need to defer your mortgage payments please call your lender directly. If you have a customer service email option- you may find that faster due to the massive amounts of inquiries, but do call as well. You will need your mortgage number when you call, if you do not know your mortgage number please contact me, via email or phone call.
If you are concerned and want information but have not lost income, please call us first. It is so important to allow those people who are in a critical position to be able to get through the lines so please do not call if you have not lost income.
